De Leon High School

Hello!  Welcome to De Leon High School.  My name is Minde Ivy and I am the secondary counselor for grades nine through twelve.  Prior to counseling, I spent most of my career in elementary teaching third and first grades, then challenged the Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources test a few years ago to become an ag teacher.

Outside of school, my oldest daughter, Jaleigh, is in her second year at Texas A&M, and my youngest, Kenley, is a junior at De Leon High School.  My husband, Jon, and I spend most of our time chasing our girls around and trying to keep up with all the activities they have going on.

I am so excited to get to know the kids at De Leon High School and look forward to watching them grow and reach for the stars as they transition to the next part of their life.
