The Comanche County Farm Bureau Player of the Week is Silas Winegeart of the De Leon Bearcats!
De Leon opened district play with a win over Hico last week. The Bearcats had several outstanding performances, and Silas was certainly one of those. He was the top graded offensive lineman with 3 pancake blocks and 1 domination. Defensively he had 10 tackles as well! The big bodies for De Leon were crucial in their outstanding second half where they outscored Hico 40 to 6.
